Shipping & Handling

We ship worldwide and strive to process all items for shipping within 1-3 working days of receiving your order. Should any unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified by email within 2 days of placing your order.

At MURALA we are conscious of our environmental responsibility. We have partnered with DHL and ship worldwide using their GoGreen climate neutral service. We are thrilled to offer our customers a shipping service that offsets the carbon footprint of every delivery, by contributing to climate protection projects such as Reforestation, Water Protection and Wind Power.

Use code “ SHIP150 ” at checkout to get free shipping in Ireland for orders over €150 or code “ SHIP350 ” for worldwide orders over €350.

Zone 4. USA / Canada / Andorra / Guernsey / Jersey / Liechtenstein / Norway / San Marino / Switzerland

Zone 5. Rest of the world

  • DHL GoGreen - 3-5 days delivery - €30

Please note: For all International orders, your shipping charge does not include any duties or taxes that might be applied by customs in your homeland. We are not responsible for these additional fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information. Customs may delay the delivery of orders. Please email info@murala.com if your order is taking longer than expected.


Return Policy

Returns must reach us within 30 days of you receiving your order, and be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with all original tags attached. We offer 2 options for returns:

  1. Store Credit

  2. Refund

To begin the return process, send an email to returns@murala.com with your name, order number, reason for return, and tell us which return option you’d like to request.

We recommend you safely package your return shipment and obtain a tracking number and insurance. We do not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled.

We reserve the right to refuse a return for goods that do not meet our standards. All merchandise must be in sellable condition when returned. 

All purchases on SALE merchandise are final.
